Most brunch spots in Oahu open between 7-9 AM and serve until 2-3 PM. Weekend brunch is especially popular, so arriving before 10 AM helps you avoid the longest waits.
Popular spots like First Watch, Eggs 'n Things, and hotel restaurants fill up fast on weekends. We recommend reservations for groups of 4+ or arriving before 9 AM for walk-ins.
