The headliner here is JOJA Hawaii, known for serving Hawaii's original truffle smashburger out of the What the Truck food truck gathering at Waikele Center on First Fridays. Beyond that, you've got a mix of local and familiar names: Aina Grill, a Waipahu barbecue restaurant, and Jollibee, the popular Philippines-based chain famous for its fried chicken, spaghetti, and burgers.
On this list, spots I recommend carry the NateEatsHawaii badge, so you can see at a glance which ones he's checked out himself. The rest are ranked by their reputation and ratings around Waipahu.
