A real person reads every message
Have a question, a problem with the app, a restaurant listing that is wrong or out of date, or something you want removed? Email us and we will sort it out. We aim to reply within 24 hours.
You can also reach us from inside the app: tap the gear icon at the top of the screen to open Settings, then tap "Contact" at the bottom. That opens a pre-addressed email to the same inbox, with your app version filled in so we know what you are running.
Common requests
Report a review, photo, or voice recording
Tap the flag icon on the review in the app. You will be asked why you are reporting it — spam or self-promo, unsafe or creepy, harassment or hate, or something else — and the report covers the review together with any photo or voice recording attached to it. Reports go to a moderation queue that we review and act on within 24 hours. Reporting requires a signed-in account.
Block someone
Tap the flag icon on any of that person's reviews, then tap "Block". Their reviews, photos, voice recordings and hosted tables immediately disappear from your view of the app, on every device you sign in to. Blocking only changes what you see; it does not restrict them. The app does not yet have an unblock control, so email us if you want a block reversed.
Delete your account and everything in it
Tap the gear icon at the top of the app to open Settings, tap "Delete account", then confirm with "Delete everything permanently". This deletes your profile, reviews, photos, voice recordings, saved spots, check-ins, stamps, points and redemption history. You need to be signed in to see the button — if you cannot sign in, email us and we will delete the account for you within 30 days.
Remove a voice recording or photo you already posted
The app does not currently have a delete control for a voice recording you have already posted. Email us the restaurant name and roughly when you posted it and we will remove it. You can replace a recording yourself by recording a new one and posting your review again.
A restaurant listing is wrong, closed, or missing
Email us the restaurant name and what is wrong — hours, address, menu, prices, or a permanent closure. We update listings by hand and would rather hear about it than leave it wrong.
You own or manage a restaurant
Sign in to the app, tap the gear icon to open Settings, then tap "Request owner access" and choose your restaurant. We verify each request by hand. Once approved you can update your own listing details from the app.
A correction to something we wrote
Our reviews are opinions, but facts should be right. If something we published contains a factual error — as opposed to a difference of taste — email us and we will review it and respond.
Privacy, your data, or a takedown request
Email us for any request to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or for a copyright or DMCA notice. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for the detail on what we collect and how content is moderated.
